Can I track my item?

Yes! All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Track & Trace service. If you require the tracking reference, please get in touch directly once you have placed your order.
Can I request custom made jewellery?

Yes, all items are currently custom commision only. On the rare occasion I do sell stock items I have made via my social media channels.
Can I Return my order?

Lunavi Creations are happy to able to accept returns, please bear in mind depending on how custom the commision is, this may not be possible - this will be confirmed upon agreement of order.
How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on deadlines, the value of the order & the weight of the parcel, dictating what Royal Mail service is used. I am happy to breakdown pricing at the point of quoting, please do request this.
How do I look after my jewellery?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, via International - Track & Signed For Service. Prices may vary depending on weight / size of parcel. I will confirm this when quoting on the commision.
What is my ring size?

I would reccomend buying a plastic ring sizer online which are usually a few pounds. Please feel free to get in touch via the contact page, & I'd be happy to send you a link.
How long will my order take to ship?

All custom commisions will have agreed timings prior to going ahead with the order. UK - Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - estimated 1 working day from despatch UK - Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class - estimated 1-3 working days from despatch UK - Special Delivery - estimated 1 working day from despatch (insured to a certain value) International - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service - 5-7 working days from despatch (additional time may be required for customs, Lunavi Creations are unable to take any responsibility for delays/costs in relation to customs)
