SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All custom made item lead times will be confirmed on receipt of quote/order.

UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Track & Trace service (estimated between 1-3 working days for delivery via RM, please note due to Covid lead times via RM could be longer). Optional upgrade available for Special Delivery to ensure jewellery is insured, orders above a certain value will automatically be upgraded.

International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service (estimated between 5-7 working days for delivery via RM). Delivery may take longer if an item is held in customs, Lunavi Creations are unable to accept any responsibility for delays/costs in relation to customs. Optional upgrade available for Special Delivery to ensure jewellery is insured, orders above a certain value will automatically be upgraded.

Returns & Refund Policy

Lunavi Creations are able to accept returns received back within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange. 

​

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Your item must be in the original packaging.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. I would recommend sending via a tracked service and keeping hold of your receipt. Lunavi Creations are unable to accept any responsibility for missing return parcels.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If you receive a refund due to a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be included. 

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card/bank issuer's policies.

Please note: 

- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on earrings due to the nature of the product.

- Made to order/bespoke items aren't always eligible for returns/exchanges.
